Due to the nature of retail business, we are at the mercy of our suppliers, who randomly discontinue marketing their products. As a result, some items which we have included in our Packages may or may not be available, much to our disappointment. However, we will always strive to carry top-quality, unique products to take the place of those no longer available. As always, we reserve the right to substitute items of EQUAL or GREATER value.
We cannot accept as a return any item that has been personalized, due to a misspelling at the time of order, or because of a duplication of a gift from another source. If the misspelling is due to our error, we would of course, replace the item--Note: We make every effort to insure correct spelling, gender of gift recipient (when name is dubious), etc.--and we will always go the extra mile in filling your order.
